Welcome! We study the history of humans, domestic species, and natural populations using ancient DNA and population genetics.

Our research includes:

• Demography, such as human population movements and admixture events in west Eurasia through the Holocene.
• Kinship patterns, such as genetic relatedness among socially related individuals, and inbreeding.
• Selection, both in human populations and in domestic animals.
