We have a pre-PCR clean room dedicated to ancient DNA isolation and library preparation, located inside the METU MODSIMMER Building.

PCRs and post-PCR controls are conducted in a standard wet lab inside the METU Biological Sciences Building. We further have access to METU Central Lab facilities.

For data storage and analysis, we use a dedicated high performance server located at METU Biological Sciences.
